摘要:

江苏航运绿色发展长效机制的建设不但有助于以长江黄金水道为主骨架构筑综合立体交通走廊, 而且通过江海联运协作功能与交通

资源优化配置, 衔接“一带一路”战略, 推动江苏省长江经济带先行先导区建设与沿江沿海区域协同发展。对于江苏航运绿色发展

而言, 长江经济带国家战略实施既带来了生态投资增加、流域合作加强等历史机遇, 也带来了建设标准提高、利益博弈加剧等诸多

挑战。因此, 江苏航运要整合其产业链相关资源, 推动产业链的各方秉持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享等发展理念, 协同构建江

苏航运绿色发展长效机制。

Abstract:
 

The construction of long-term mechanism of green development of Jiangsu’s shipping not only helps build a

comprehensive three-dimensional traffic corridor framed by the Yangtze River golden waterway, but also through the

coordinated function of river and sea transportation and the optimal allocation of transport resources in

combination with “the Belt and Road Initiative”. It helps to promote the construction of pioneer zones in the

Yangtze River Economic Belt and the development of the coastal areas and those along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu

Province. For the green development of Jiangsu’s shipping, the implementation of the national strategy of the

Yangtze River Economic Belt has brought about historical opportunities such as increased ecological investment and

enhanced cooperation in river basins, as well as many challenges such as higher construction standards and

intensification of interest gaming. Therefore, Jiangsu’s shipping should integrate its industrial chain related

resources and promote the development of the industry chain to foster innovative, coordinated, green, open, and

mutual-sharing development concepts to jointly build a long-term mechanism for the green development of Jiangsu’s

shipping.
