E-navigation的发展整合了各类信息资源, 为用户提供了一体化、智能化的全球共享导航系统, 对加强未来航海安全、促进航运经

济发展和保护海洋生态环境的作用得到了国际航运界的普遍认同。作为E-navigation战略的重要组成部分和系统运行的核心, 航海

通信导航技术面临着发展变化的关键阶段。有必要从对接标准加强研发、完善监测保障安全、加强改造升级系统、重视培训更新理

念四个方面, 探析E-navigation战略下航海通信导航系统的未来发展。

Abstract:
 

The development of E-navigation integrates various information resources and provides users with an integrated and

intelligent globally-shared navigation system, which has been widely recognized by the international shipping

industry for strengthening safe navigation in the future, promoting the development of shipping economy and

protecting marine ecological environment. As an important part of the E-navigation strategy and the core of system

functioning, maritime communication and navigation technology is facing a critical stage of development and

change. The future development of maritime communication and navigation system under the E-navigation strategy is

considered from the four aspects of aligning standards to strengthen research and development, perfecting the

monitoring to ensure safety, strengthening transformation to upgrade system, and attaching importance to the

training and updating concept.
