摘要:

为适应船舶大型化和货物装卸自动化需要,港口起重机正逐步向大型化、智能化方向发展,原有的模拟信

号控制方式不易实现。文章提出了基于Modbus协议涉及港口起重机分布式AI模块开发的方案,并从硬件和

软件具体设计上给出了具体方法,通过数据功能实验,该方案安全可靠,可以提升港口机械控制系统效率

,提高系统抗干扰能力。

Abstract:

In order to meet the needs of large-scale ships and cargo handling automation, port cranes

are gradually developing towards those of being larger and more intelligent, and the original

analog signal control mode is not easy to realize. The article puts forward a plan based on

Modbus protocol which involves in the development of distributed AI module of port crane, and

proposes a concrete method by actual design of both hardware and software. Through the

experiment of data functioning, the plan is safe and reliable, which helps improve the

efficiency of port machinery control system and anti-interference ability of the system.
