摘要:

Workhouse型自升式钻井平台是国外某个设计公司设计的中型钻井平台, 平台结构紧凑, 与钻井相关的功

能齐备。在项目实际建造过程中, 应业主要求改变原设计公司的设计方案, 将原风冷发电机系统改成水冷

系统, 重新计算海水冷却系统容量和设计管路系统, 解决升降实验过程中冷却系统的大容量用水需求, 完

成了项目需求的码头实验内容并成功交付业主。目前, Workhouse型自升式钻井平台在服务水域持续稳定

地工作。

Abstract:

Workhouse type jack-up drilling rig is one of the mid-size ones designed by a foreign

company, with compact space and all functions for drill. In the process of its building and

at the request of the owner, the original design was modified, the original air cooling

system for generator was changed to water cooling one, and the capacity of sea water cooling

system and piping system were re-computed, which solved the problem of large volume water

demand for cooling system during the jacking trail. The required berthing tests were

completed and it was successfully delivered to the owner. Currently the workhouse type

jack-up drilling rig has been functioning stably in the service waters.
