摘要:

为了构建船舶能效运营体系, 指导船只运营管理实践, 以新美洲轮为例, 利用实船数据结合能效运营指数

(EEOI) 公式, 分别从增压器数量、船舶航速、装卸货以及主机气缸注油率等方面进行了理论计算和实验,

得到各因素对船舶能效运营指数的影响。结果显示, 优化增压器数量、航速、装卸货以及主机汽缸注油率

的方法可以有效地减少船舶油耗, 为今后船舶运营以及节能减排管理提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to construct ship energy efficiency operation system and provide guidance for ship

operation and management practice, taking vesel New American as an example, it uses the real

ship data and ship energy efficiency operation indicator (EEOI) formula to calculate and

test from the variable factors of the number of turbochargers, ship speed, loading and

unloading, and oil injection rate of main engine cylinder, as a result of which the

influence of each factor on the ship EEOI is obtained. The results show that, by optimizing

the number of turbochargers, speed, loading and unloading, and oil injection rate of main

engine cylinder, the ship’s fuel oil consumption can be effectively reduced, which provides

reference for future ship operation, energy conservation and emission reduction.
