在阐述现代学徒制发展历程与内涵的基础上, 分析了高职院校在推行现代学徒制中面临的困境, 并从加强顶层设计、完善校企合作

一体化人才培养模式、发挥企业助推作用、调动学徒的参与热情等方面提出相应的解决对策, 以保障现代学徒制实践探索的顺利进

行。

Abstract:
 

On the basis of expounding the developmental process and connotation of modern apprenticeship system, it analyzes

the predicaments encountered by higher vocational colleges in the implementation of modern apprenticeship system,

and propose corresponding solutions from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, perfecting college-

enterprise cooperation and integration talent cultivation mode, exerting the role of enterprises’ boosting and

mobilizing apprentices’ enthusiasm of participation, which serves to ensure the smooth progress of modern

apprenticeship practice.
