摘要:: 伴随着国家建设长江黄金水道方案的实施, 结合长江江苏段12.5米深水航道的初通, 长江引航实行分段引航模式, 长江江苏段夜航于2003年7月正式开通。它的开通给沿江经济发展带来了强劲动力的同时, 大型海船夜航成常态化, 船舶辨识难度加大, 通航环境更加复杂化, 船舶夜航安全压力增大。因此, 在夜航之前, 驾引人员要增强自己的抗压能力, 要根据自己特点进行学习, 查漏补缺, 提高自己的驾引能力和良好的职业心态, 做好船舶的夜航引领工作。

Abstract:: Along with the implementation of the national plan to build the Yangtze River golden waterway as well as combined with the initial opening of the 12.5 m deep-water channel in Jiangsu section of the Yangtze River, the Yangtze River pilot followed a section-based pilot model, and the night navigation of the Yangtze River in Jiangsu section was officially opened in July 2003. Its opening has brought strong driving force to the economic development along the Yangtze River. Meanwhile, the night navigation of large-sized sea-going vessels has become normal; the difficulty in identifying ships has increased; the navigable environment has become more complicated; and the pressure of ship’s night navigation has increased. Therefore, before night navigation, pilots must ensure adequate rest, and maintain a good physical condition and mental state, and enhance their resistance to pressure. The pilots must carry out timely learning according to their own characteristics, check for omissions and fill gaps, and carry out some targeted exercises to improve their piloting ability and good professionalism, and perform well in ship’s night piloting.
