摘要:

文章在分析学习效能感的涵义和影响因素的基础上,从构建“双主体”人才培养模式、建立校企“双体系”

课程体系、打造“双导师”师资队伍、建立“双标准”考核评价体系等方面提出了提升高职学生学习效能

感的策略。

Abstract:

Based on an analysis of the connotation of learning efficiency and its influencing factors,

this article puts forward the strategies to improve vocational college students’ learning

efficiency from such angles as constructing dual-subject talents cultivation mechanism,

establishing school-enterprise dual-system curriculum system, constructing dual-tutor

teachers’ team as well as establishing dual-standard appraisal system.
