船舶工程技术专业岗位胜任力主要是通过“双主体”培养岗位技能、第二课堂培养职业特质以及校企共

建课程体系来实现。这对职业院校的人才培养提出了更高的要求, 需要进一步强化校企合作办学的力度

和深度, 以企业需求为导向, 借助企业的资源和市场, 结合学校理论教学和技能培养的优势, 形成具有

核心竞争力的岗位胜任力培养模式, 并将其融入现代学徒制教育模式中, 以适应我国船舶工业发展的需

要。

Abstract:
 

The post competence for the specialty of Ship Engineering Technology is mainly achieved

through the training of “Double Subjects”, the extracurricular classroom activities to

cultivate professional traits and construction of school-enterprise joint curriculum

system. This puts higher requirements on the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges.

It needs to further strengthen the intensity and depth of school-enterprise cooperation.

Guided by enterprises’ needs with the resources and market of enterprises in combination

with the advantages of theory teaching and skill training from colleges, a competency-based

training model with core competiveness is shaped, which is integrated into modern

apprenticeship education model to meet the needs of development for Chinese shipbuilding

industry.
