摘要:
高校大学生思想政治教育是一项事关高校人才培养方向的全局性、系统性工作。改革开放以来，高校大学生思想政治理论课建设与发展大体经历了恢复重建、走上正轨、探索调整、改革发展、走进新时代五个阶段。这给我们的深刻启示是：党和政府高度重视是保障；教学内容与时俱进是重点；教师队伍建设是关键；教育理念创新是先导。回顾改革开放以来我国高校大学生思想政治理论课的发展史，对加强新时代高校思想政治理论课建设具有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
College students’ ideological and political education is a kind of holistic and systematic work concerning the orientation of talent cultivation in higher educational institutions. Since the reform and opening up, the construction and development of college students’ ideological and political theory courses have generally experienced five stages of restoration and reconstruction, on the track, exploration and adjustment, reform and development, and entry into a new era. The profound enlightenment on us are that the guarantee lies in high attention paid by the Party and government; the teaching content is the key to keeping pace with the times; the construction of teaching team is central; and the innovation of educational ideas is the forerunner. By reviewing the development history of college students’ ideological and political theory courses since the reform and opening up,it has significant reference for strengthening the construction of ideological and political theory courses in higher educational institutions in the new era.
