摘要:

台湾海峡位于台湾省与福建省之间,是连通东海与南海的“海上走廊”。但每年的1~5月是该区域的雾季

,长时间的能见度不良,对在此海域航行的船舶构成很大的安全影响。通过分析台湾海峡的气候特点、船

舶在该区域航行时应当做好的准备工作,并结合典型碰撞事故案例分析,总结事故教训,为船舶在海峡区

域的雾季安全航行提出对策建议。

Abstract:

The Taiwan Strait is located between Taiwan Province and Fujian Province and is a“sea

corridor”connecting the East China Sea and South China Sea. However, between January and May

each year is the foggy season in the region. The long-time poor visibility has a significant

safety impact on ship’s sailing in this sea area. By analyzing the climatic characteristics

of the Taiwan Strait, the preparatory work that ships should do when sailing in the area, and

combining analysis of typical collision accident cases, it summarizes the lesson of the

accident and putting forward countermeasures for ship’s safe navigation in fog in the Strait

region.
