摘要:

中高职一体化发展是建立现代职业教育体系的一项重要举措和促进职业教育资源使用集约化的有效途径。

广东省在改革发展的实践中, 办学体制机制、人才培养方案、师资素养、实训基地等方面存在一些问题和

不足, 需要以发展的眼光客观对待, 通过组建教育集团、分段培养、师资聘任改革、实训资源共享等方式

系统推进改革, 实现中职和高职两个层次职业教育的协调发展。

Abstract:

The integrated development of secondary and higher vocational education is an important

measure to establish a modern vocational education system and an effective way to promote

the intensified use of vocational education resources. In the practice of reform and

development in Guangdong Province, there exist some problems and shortcomings in the

schooling system and scheme, talent cultivation plan, teachers’ quality, and practical

training base. It needs to be treated objectively with the view of development. Through the

establishment of educational groups, segmented education, teachers’ employment and reform,

and mutual-sharing of training resources to systematically promote reforms, the coordinated

development could be achieved at both levels of secondary and higher vocational education.
