摘要:

技术技能型日语人才的培养必须强化跨界意识、拓展融合思路。从机制设计理论视角提出“跨界融合”的

人才培养思路, 应通过优化合作伙伴选择、加大校企课程融合深度、开拓海外实践基地、加强“双师素质

”教师培养等措施深入实施校企融合, 同时通过建立政府支付制度和完善跨界合作体制为跨界合作保驾护

航。通过对跨界融合案例的分析发现, 专业建设只有明确专业定位、与各界跨界并紧密合作, 才能做出品

牌、提高专业可持续发展能力。

Abstract:

The cultivation of technical skills for talents studying Japanese requires to strengthen

cross-border awareness and expand the concept of integration. From the perspective of

mechanism design theory, it proposes the idea of“cross-border integration”, which should

be achieved by optimizing partnership selection, deepening school-enterprise curriculum

integration, developing overseas practice bases, and strengthening teachers’ training with

“double qualifications quality”. Meanwhile, the cross-border cooperation could be

protected by the establishment of a government payment system and perfection of cross-border

cooperation scheme. Through the analysis of cross-border integration cases, it is found that

specialty construction can only be made a brand and improved with sustainable development in

the premise of clearly defined positioning and close cooperation with different parties.
