基于校企融合的汽检专业“双主体、五对接”人才培养模式是以社会发展和市场需求为着眼点, 以校企合作、工学结合作为人才培

养模式改革的切入点, 以学校和企业互需、互补、互利为出发点的新型人才培养模式。该模式坚持校企双主体的原则, 实现了人才

培养目标与岗位能力标准的对接、课程与岗位的对接、课堂与车间的对接、实习与就业的对接、教师与师傅的对接, 有效解决了汽

检专业传统教学中存在的问题, 全面提升学生的综合职业技能、素养, 也缩短了企业的人才培养周期, 实现了校企双赢。

Abstract:
 

Based on the integration of colleges and enterprises, the“Double Subjects and Five Connections”talent

cultivation mode for Automobile Detection and Maintenance specialty is a new mode, taking social development and

market demand as focus point, the college-enterprise cooperation and the combination of work and study as entry

point for the reform of talent cultivation mode, and mutual needs, complementarity and benefits as starting point.

This mode adheres to the principle of double subjects of college and enterprise, realizes the connection between

talent cultivation objective and the standards of job competence, the connection between courses and posts, the

connection between classrooms and workshops, the connection between internships and employment, the connection

between teachers and masters, which effectively solves the problems existing in traditional teaching for

Automobile Detection and Maintenance courses, fully improves students’ comprehensive vocational skills and

qualities, as well as shortens the talent cultivation cycle for enterprise, achieving win-win for both colleges

and enterprises.
