摘要:
长江太仓段水域的航道宽度从下游到上游缩窄、交通量大、交通流复杂, 存在船舶横越、交叉、偏航等风险, 极易造成船舶碰撞事故的发生。在航行操作中必须时刻警醒, 加强值班瞭望, 充分利用目测、雷达、高频电话等有效手段, 及早发现他船动态, 并对可能存在的碰撞危险做出充分的估计, 运用良好的船艺和引航技能, 根据不同通航环境、船舶类型、会遇局面, 采取合理的避让方法。
Abstract:
 The width of the channel in Taicang reach of the Yangtze River is narrowed from the downstream to upstream. The traffic volume is large, and the traffic flow is complex. There exist risks such as ship crossing, crossover and sheering, which can easily cause ship collision accidents. In the navigational operation, it is necessary to always stay alert, strengthen the watch-keeping and make full use of effective means such as visual observation, radar, VHF radio telephone to gain early detection of other ships’ movements, and make full estimation of possible collision risks, using good seamanship and piloting skills to take reasonable collision avoidance methods according to different navigational environment, ship types, and situations encountered.
