摘要:
民意既有理性的, 也有非理性的。非理性民意的产生有经济根源, 更有社会文化根源。个人利益是非理性民意产生的经济根源, 文化习俗、心理、习惯是非理性民意产生的社会文化根源。民意表达受网络缺陷、人格缺陷及偶像崇拜的影响, 容易处于非理性状态。非理性民意会影响社会决策的公正性。因此, 在群众路线教育活动中执政者要提高鉴别能力, 注意区别理性与非理性民意。
Abstract:
It is held that public opinion is both rational and irrational. The emergence of irrational public opinion has economic origin and more social and cultural origin. Personal interests are the economic origin derived from irrational public opinion. Cultural customs, psychology, and habits are the social and cultural origin derived from irrational public opinion. Public opinion expression is likely to be in an irrational state, affected by network defects, personality defects, and idol worship. Irrational public opinion will affect the fairness of social decision-making. Therefore, the mass line education activities should strive to improve masses’ discriminative ability and distinguish rational and irrational public opinions.
