摘要:
吊装的有限元分析对船厂安全生产至关重要。通过对有限元吊装模型的改进, 建立新的吊耳与吊绳的连接方式, 避免出现模型的刚体位移, 取消吊装模型的水平约束。改进后的吊装有限元计算方法得出的数更加合理, 有助于对整体模型作出合理的屈曲分析, 进一步确保吊装的安全性。
Abstract:
The finite element analysis of lifting is crucial to a shipyard’s safe production. Through improving the finite element lifting model, a new connection mode is established between lifting lug and sling in order to avoid the rigid body displacement of the model as well as cancel the horizontal constraints of the lifting model.The data drawn from the improved calculation method of lifting finite element is more reasonable and is helpful for making a reasonable buckling analysis of the overall model to further ensure safety of lifting.
