摘要:
文章从"健康中国2030"的视角,对我国体育教师运动与健康状况进行了全面分析探讨,提出应加强体育教师运动促进健康理论知识教育、改善工作条件与环境、建立定期体检制度、完善个人健康档案、组织开展形式多种的体育活动,激发他们参与运动与健康促进的积极性,促进良好运动与健康行为的形成。
Abstract:
From the perspective of“Healthy China 2030”, this article makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of physical education teachers’ sports and health in China. In addition, it proposes strengthening sports-promoting-health knowledge education for physical education teachers, improving their working conditions and environment, establishing a regular physical examination system, improving their personal health archives as well as carrying out various sports activities, which is expected to arouse their enthusiasm in participating in sports and health promotion and facilitate proper sports and healthy behaviors.
