摘要:
在某多用途货船增设一台浮式起重机的情况下,文章以起重机底座加强结构为研究对象,采用有限元方法,建立起重机底座加强结构有限元模型,对非工作状态和最大工作状态两种情况进行强度评估,并以此为基础进行结构优化。结果表明,优化后起重机底座加强结构的强度足以保证起重机的安全作业。
Abstract:
Under the circumstance of adding a floating crane on a multi-purpose cargo ship and taking as the object of study the reinforcement structure of the floating crane base, this article applies the finite element method to constructing the finite element model as well as makes a strength assessment of the non-working state and the maximum working state, based on which the structure is optimized. The results indicate that the strength of the optimized reinforcement structure can ensure the safety of the crane operation.
