摘要:
文章提出了腐败是一种社会历史现象的观点，并基于心理学视阈分析了腐败成因，建立了对腐败现象的理性认识，在此基础上，构建了“精准反腐体系”，通过发挥惩处机制、监督机制以及教育机制的整体合力作用，最终实现反腐败的目标。
Abstract:
This article puts forward a view that corruption is a social historical phenomenon, analyzes the causes of corruption based on a psychological perspective, and establishes the rational understanding of corruption phenomenon. On this basis, a "precise anti-corruption system" is constructed. Through the overall synergy of punitive, supervisory and educational mechanisms, the goal of anti-corruption is ultimately achieved.
