摘要:

文章阐述了一例船舶主机缸套裂纹故障现象, 从多个角度分析了故障原因, 提出了产生裂纹的主要因素为

局部热疲劳与管理人员操作不当, 进而提出避免裂纹产生的管理要点, 以确保船舶航行安全。

Abstract:

Based on a study of the cylinder liner crack failure of the main engine on a certain ship,

this article analyzes the reasons from different angles and comes to the conclusion that the

main factors are local thermal fatigue and operation errors. In addition, it puts forward

the key points to avoid crack failure, which is expected to ensure the safety of navigation.
