摘要:

文章通过APDL参数化建模建立了某型号水切割机床横梁立柱的有限元模型,进行了静态分析,得到其应力及

位移分布云图及各方向最大变形量及最大应力,并通过修改结构参数,在保证机床强度、刚度、稳定性等性

能的同时减轻了重量,实现了轻量化设计。

Abstract:

This article applies APDL parametric modeling to the construction of the finite element model

of the beam of a certain type of water-cutting machine tools, makes a static analysis to

compute the distribution of the stress and displacement as well as the maximum deformation

and the maximum stress in each direction. In addition, based on structural parameters

modification, it attempts to ensure the strength, rigidity and stability of the machine tool

and reduce its weight so as to realize the lightweight design.
