摘要:

文章以角色对个体的影响实验为基础,对海员角色进行了分析,总结了海员角色分离与弱化所导致的问题,并

从规范管理、提供支持、加强训练指导等多方面提出了解决船员角色分离与弱化的对策,具有一定的参考价

值。

Abstract:

Based on the experiment of the influences of roles upon individuals, this article analyzes

seamen’s roles, summarizes the problems arising from the departure and weakening of seamen’s

roles as well as puts forward the countermeasures from such angles as standardizing

management, providing support and strengthening training instruction.
