摘要:
保障机制是实现资源库建设、推广和应用等工作有序实施的重要一环。文章分析了当前我国高等职业教育教学资源库建设中资源与企业需求结合不够紧密、建设机制不健全、企业参与度不高等问题, 并从制度保障、组织保障、运行保障和经费保障四个方面提出了构建资源库建设的保障体系, 以破解当前校企共建中存在的瓶颈。
Abstract:
Safeguard mechanism is an important part for orderly implementation of the realization of resource library construction, promotion and application. This article analyzes the problems of loose combination of resources and enterprise demand, the imperfect construction mechanism, the low enterprise participation in construction of the teaching resource library in higher vocational education in China, and puts forward constructing safeguard mechanism from four aspects: scheme guarantee, organization guarantee, operation guarantee and fund guarantee, so as to crack the bottlenecks in college-enterprise co-construction.
